Rixo Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes mobile applications and social games for iOS and Android. We believe that mobile software should respect your privacy by default. We do not sell your personal data, track your location in the background, or deploy invasive telemetry.

- Local Device Storage: Game progress, custom word decks, local player names, and application preferences are stored directly on your physical device using secure local storage. You can clear this data at any time by clearing application data or uninstalling the app.
- Multiplayer Rooms: For games supporting real-time online room codes, room tokens and temporary game state coordinates are held transiently in memory to synchronize countdowns and vote tallies, and are purged upon room closure.
- In-App Purchases: All financial transactions, subscriptions, and one-time unlocks are processed exclusively through Apple App Store (Apple Inc.) or Google Play (Google LLC). Rixo Studio never receives, processes, or stores your credit card or financial billing information.
- Diagnostics & Crash Reports: To ensure high-velocity 60 FPS performance and stability, apps may utilize platform diagnostic services (such as Firebase Crashlytics or Apple Diagnostics) to receive anonymized stack traces of unexpected crashes without user-identifiable information.
3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our party games and utilities are designed for general audiences and families. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe an app has inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately for prompt deletion.
